Digital Painting Work in Progress - Maydie Judges the Royals

I’m working on my next digital painting, Maydie Judges the Royal Harem

It’s a little more ambitious than my last painting, with a full background and other characters. Maydie is a character from my game Swordlord, and her ending has her killing the bloodline of the ousted Duke of War. This is loosely based on that ending, having her killing royals in their secret harem.

I’m just sketching, doing some composition and laying down some color, trying to get the perspective of the room and her limbs and…actually I’m trying to get the perspective on everything right. Here goes!
